How to ship us your firearm or slide for service:

Slides for Milling services: You are responsible for the slide shipment and it's cost to us for service. You can ship a slide to us without the frame using any service USPS, UPS, or FEDEX as the slide is a part and not the gun. Please include the order number. Please ship in a box packed well (you would be shocked at some of the packages we have seen:) Any small parts will be removed and tagged to your slide and reinstalled before return. If we remove your sites for others or Red Dot installs, they will be returned to you. Please do not include the barrel and recoil assembly. You can send up your slide stripped, except for Tanfos and other models which requires the firing pin block cut.

Firearms: FedEx 2-Day adult signature is required for firearms shipped directly to us. If you sent your firearm through an FFL we will ship it directly back to them. When you pick back up from the FFL a 4473 is not required. The FFL can also ship firearms through USPS Priority which is cost-effective even with their FFL Fee.

For firearms, you can send your firearm via FEXEX/UPS per their local policies or ship through your local FFL via USPS (Only FFL license holders can legally declare and ship a firearm USPS!) Please include your order number and a copy of your photo ID or the FFL license if shipped through FFL.
You can purchase FexEx 2-day shipping, and we will email you a label to ship your firearm to us for service via FexEX Express 2-day.

If you are local, you can drop off and pick up by appt only, text or call 816-287-1122 to make arrangements.

Turnaround is 2-4 weeks once received, depending on the service and current workload.
For optic cuts on slides, the optic is not required. However, if you send in your optic, we are more than happy to install it for you.

Full Recoil Lugs and Black Oxide Finish:

When possible, our optic cuts we use full recoil lugs. This ensures the optic is mounted how it was designed.
If your slide is not stainless steel we will black oxide the finish to the cut area only, leaving a black finish and rust prevention. We leave the factory finish on the rest of the slide.
