The Glock 43X MOS is the optics-ready evolution of Glock’s most popular everyday-carry 9mm. It pairs a slim, single-stack-width frame with a flush-fit 15-round magazine, a factory Modular Optic System (MOS) slide cut, and a front accessory rail — giving you a concealable pistol that’s ready for a red dot and a light right out of the box. Ships with two 15-round magazines and a hard case.
The 43X MOS slide uses Glock’s factory 4-post direct-mount cut (RMSc footprint). That means an RMSc-pattern enclosed red dot drops straight onto the four posts — no adapter plate and no slide milling needed. We stock three Osight enclosed red dots that bolt directly to this cut, and you can add one as an installed option above:
