Local drop-off and pickup are by appointment only.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of an online order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a guarantee that an item or service will be provided. Stonebridge Gunworks LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order for any lawful reason, including pricing errors, inventory errors, compliance concerns, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud.
If an order is cancelled before work begins or before shipment, eligible amounts will be refunded according to the payment method and order status.
Customer Responsibility and Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, transfer, shipment, and use of firearms, firearm parts, optics, suppressors, accessories, and regulated products.
Stonebridge Gunworks LLC will not ship or transfer products where prohibited by law. We may request additional information, identification, FFL documentation, or compliance forms before processing an order.
Orders involving firearms, receivers, suppressors, or other regulated items may require shipment to an FFL or completion of required federal/state procedures before transfer.
Firearms, FFL Transfers and Regulated Items
Firearms, receivers, suppressors, and other regulated items must be transferred in accordance with applicable law. Purchasers must be legally eligible to receive and possess the item ordered.
Firearms and regulated items will not be transferred until all required paperwork, approvals, background checks, and legal requirements are complete.
Transfer fees, shipping fees, background check fees, tax stamp fees, and related costs may be separate from the product price unless specifically stated otherwise.
Suppressors and NFA Items
Suppressors and other National Firearms Act items are regulated products and require applicable federal approval before transfer. Purchasing a suppressor does not allow immediate possession.
Approval times vary and are outside the control of Stonebridge Gunworks LLC. NFA items are not transferable to the customer until the required approval process is complete.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, completing required steps, and complying with all applicable laws. Tax stamps, transfer fees, trust services, fingerprinting, photos, and third-party processing fees may be separate unless specifically stated.
Optic Cuts, Slide Milling and Gunsmithing Services
Slide milling and optic cut services are custom work performed on customer-owned slides or firearms. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service, optic footprint, shipping method, and return shipping option.
Before shipping a slide or firearm for service, remove all items not required for the work unless otherwise instructed. For slide-only milling, do not include the barrel or recoil assembly.
Stonebridge Gunworks LLC is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer, including incorrect optic footprint, wrong slide model, wrong sight option, or incompatible customer-supplied parts.
Once custom machining, milling, finishing, or installation work begins, the order may not be cancellable or refundable.
Customer-Supplied Parts and Optics
Customers may supply optics, screws, sights, or other parts for installation when applicable. Customer-supplied parts must be compatible with the firearm and service ordered.
Stonebridge Gunworks LLC may decline to install parts that appear unsafe, incompatible, damaged, counterfeit, modified, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable.
Customer-supplied parts are handled with care, but customers are responsible for ensuring parts are properly packaged and included with their order information.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Stonebridge Gunworks LLC unless otherwise stated. Customers should package all items securely and include their order number in the package.
Shipping carriers may have specific rules for firearms, firearm parts, insured shipments, adult signature, and regulated items. Customers are responsible for complying with carrier rules and applicable laws when shipping items to us.
Return shipping options are selected during checkout when applicable. Stonebridge Gunworks LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, misrouting, or other shipping issues outside our control.

Risk of Loss and Shipping Insurance
Risk of loss may transfer when an item is delivered to or accepted by the shipping carrier, depending on the shipment and service selected. Customers are encouraged to select adequate shipping insurance for return shipments.
If a shipment is lost or damaged, claims are handled according to the carrier’s policies and the insurance selected for that shipment.
Lead Times and Availability
Lead times are estimates only and may change based on workload, product availability, vendor delays, order complexity, compliance requirements, or shipping delays.
Out-of-stock products, backordered products, and special-order items may ship when available unless the order is cancelled before processing or before work begins.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns may be accepted for eligible unused products, defective products, or fulfillment errors, subject to review and approval by Stonebridge Gunworks LLC.
Custom services, optic cuts, slide milling, installed parts, used products, special-order items, firearms, ammunition, suppressors, NFA items, and regulated products may be non-returnable or subject to additional restrictions.
Contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Product Descriptions, Pricing and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, compatibility information, availability, and images. Errors may occur.
Stonebridge Gunworks LLC reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, update product information, or refuse an order involving an incorrect price, incorrect description, incorrect inventory status, or other mistake.

Always confirm firearms are unloaded before dry fire practice and follow all firearm safety rules at all times.
ITAR, Export and Restricted Use
Some products, services, technical data, or firearm-related items may be subject to export control laws, including ITAR or other applicable regulations. Customers agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or provide restricted items or technical information in violation of applicable law.
