Trijicon SRO Battery Tool — Bright Orange (FPWR Fundraiser)
Stonebridge Gunworks · SRO Accessory
Same tool as the black version, in bright orange so you can actually find it in a range bag — and all proceeds from the orange version are donated to the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.
Fits
Trijicon SRO battery cap
Material
Bright orange PETG
Proceeds
Donated to FPWR
Why orange? Because the black one is easy to lose, and because every orange one sold sends its proceeds to FPWR — the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research. Same tool also comes in bright green and black PETG CF.
Why It Exists
CauseAll proceeds to FPWR
Every orange tool sold sends its proceeds to the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.
VisibilityYou will find it
Bright orange PETG. It does not disappear into a black range bag or the grass behind the bay.
ThreadsNo more cross-threading
Square, positive engagement on the cap so you are not starting the threads crooked with cold fingers.
Range readyFor the make-ready surprise
Dead dot on the line is bad enough. Chewing up the cover with a multi-tool makes it worse.
How To Use It
Nothing to it — the whole point is doing the job without a multi-tool, a coin, or a screwdriver blade near your optic.
- Seat the tool square on the SRO battery cap.
- Turn counter-clockwise to back the cap out.
- Swap the CR2032, positive side up.
- Start the cap by hand so you know the threads caught.
- Snug it with the tool. Snug, not gorilla-tight.
Fitment
This is for the Trijicon SRO only.
It will not fit an RMR, RCR, or a Holosun — those optics use different battery covers, and several load from the bottom instead of the top.
Cut for the Trijicon SRO battery cap. If you run an SRO, these are cut for the same optic.
Keep It Where It Helps
Keep it in the range bag with a spare CR2032 taped to it. That is the whole trick — the tool is only useful if it is with you when the dot dies.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the money go?
All proceeds from the orange version of the SRO Battery Tool are donated to the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR).
Is the orange one different from the black or green one?
Only the material and color. Function and fit are identical. Orange and green are bright PETG so they are easy to find; black is PETG CF. Only the orange version is a fundraiser.
Will this fit my RMR, RCR, or Holosun?
No. This tool is shaped for the Trijicon SRO battery cap. Other optics use different covers, and some load the battery from the bottom.
What battery does the SRO take?
A CR2032. The tool does not include one — keep a spare in the bag with it.
